Adding tags in "All Companies" table

"My Tags" is a private tagging feature that allows you to identify, monitor, and track companies according to your personal preferences.

You can assign multiple tags to a company, and each tag can be linked to as many companies as you like. When you click “+ Add,” you can either search for an existing tag to reuse or create a new one by typing the name and pressing ENTER, or by selecting “Add New” at the bottom of the modal.

If you need to rename or permanently delete a tag, simply hover over the “My Tags” dropdown and click the "Edit" or “Delete” icon

To streamline your workflow, you can use the “My Tags” filter at any time. Just add it to your Quick Filters, search for the tags of interest, and combine them with other filters as needed. You can quickly view all companies associated with a specific tag by clicking on the tag’s name in the All Companies table, which will open another Syfter tab with the “My Tags” filter pre-applied.

As with all columns in the All Companies Table, the "My Tags" column can be repositioned by dragging and dropping, or you can toggle "My Tags" off to hide it.

Step by Step

  • Head to the “All Companies” Page
  • Click “+ Add.”
  • Add your “Tags”
  • For a company that already has tags, click the pencil icon to edit them
  • To remove a tag from a company, click the “x” next to the tag or uncheck it from the dropdown list.

Tip: Looking to organise a group of companies for review? You can easily apply your tags to multiple companies or add them to a collection at once by checking the box next to each company's name.
