Creating collections from "Collections" page

Create company lists for research and monitoring purposes.  There are two methods through the buttons of the top right corner:

“Manually”: 

Simply creates a new collection. Once saved, open the collection to start adding companies individually or via CSV.

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

  • Head to “Collections Page”
  • Press “+ Manually” button
  • Add Name
    • “Name”
    • “Visibility”
    • “Description”
  • Optionally, click on the “Add more details” checkbox (which includes collection type, start and end dates, and country).
  • Press “Save”
  • Open your newly created collection and choose your company upload method

“From CSV”: 

With this option you can create new collections or select existing ones and add companies via the CSV template provided.

 

Step-by-Step Guide:

  • Head to “Collections” page
  • Press “+ From CSV”
  • Download the template by pressing “get template” link
  • Click on the file upload area or drag directly the CSV in the required format
  • The status will change to “Awaiting Upload” 
  • Press “Collections(*)” tab to select existing collections or create new one
  • To create a new one, press “+ New Collection”
  • Enter Name, Visibility and Description with the option to add more details
  • Press “Save”
  • Open “Collections” dropdown and select the newly created collection(s)
  • Press “Upload”
