# Dealflow Kanban

Keeping track of where each of your companies sits in your process shouldn’t need a separate CRM. The new Kanban board gives you a visual view of your assigned companies, organised by deal stage, right inside Deal Engine.

**What you can do**

- **See your pipeline at a glance.** Your assigned companies are laid out in columns, one per stage, in the same order as your firm’s dealflow process.
- **Move companies between stages.** Drag a company to a new column and its stage is updated straight away, so your team always sees the latest position.
- **Switch between views.** If your firm tracks more than one dealflow process, choose which one the board shows.
- **Find companies quickly.** Search within any stage to find a company, even if it isn’t currently on screen. Search covers every company assigned to you in that stage.
- **Spot companies without a stage.** Turn on “Show uncategorised” to see an extra column with assigned companies that haven’t been given a stage yet, so nothing slips through.
- **Get the key details without leaving the board.** Each card shows the company’s name, country and sector. Click a card to open the full company profile in a pop-up, then close it to return to the board.

**Where to find it**

Open your CRM monitoring agent and select the **Kanban** tab. Each column shows up to 20 companies, and you can page through to see the rest.

**Getting set up**

The Kanban board is available to firms that have dealflow stages set up in Deal Engine. If you’d like to start using it, or want to change your stages or what the tab is called, contact your Filament account team.
