Summary
You can now get a fresh AI evaluation of any company in the Agent Dashboard, whenever you need it. If a company has no AI summary, or its summary is more than 30 days old, one click brings it up to date.
That means every company you look at, however you found it, can come with the same AI analysis your agents provide. No more gaps, and no more wondering whether the summary in front of you still reflects the business today.
Why we built it
When one of your agents recommends a company, Deal Engine evaluates it and writes an AI summary so you can judge the fit at a glance. But you don't only find companies through agents. You search, you browse, a colleague sends you a name. Until now, those companies could open without any AI summary at all.
Summaries can also age. A company that was evaluated months ago may have raised money, hired, launched products or changed direction since. Now you decide when an evaluation needs refreshing, rather than relying on what was captured the first time.
How to use it
There are two ways to refresh an evaluation, depending on what you're looking at.
When a company needs attention
Open a company from the Agent Dashboard. If it has no AI summary yet, or its summary is out of date, you'll see a banner at the top of the company view letting you know.
- Read the banner to see why it's showing: the company hasn't been evaluated, or was evaluated over 30 days ago.
- Click the refresh button in the banner.
- Carry on with your work. Deal Engine generates the new evaluation, and the AI summary appears on the company once it's ready.
When you'll see the banner
The banner only appears when it's worth your attention, so you'll know at a glance whether a summary can be trusted as current.

If neither applies, there's no banner, and you can still refresh any time from the menu.
What this means for you
Every company you review can now come with current AI analysis, whether an agent found it or you did. Use it to qualify a company you've just searched for, to refresh your view before a call, or to check whether a business still fits your thesis.
